Zach first logged into Facebook six years ago, back when it was open only to college students. In his current role as VP of Client Services for BrandGlue, Zach helps brands rock out their Facebook fan pages as part of their overall social media strategy.
Zach has worked with brands like Microsoft, Mint.com, and the Phoenix Suns, helping them get more value from their marketing by optimizing their social channels, particularly Facebook. Helping clients adapt and adjust to the fast pace world of social media is what he does best. Undoubtedly, his favorite client was the Washington Redskins. In just two months he helped them become the fastest growing fan page in the NFL. Zach’s recognized as an expert in Newsfeed Optimization and Facebook analytics. He currently resides just north of Seattle. In his free time, you can be sure to find him on the golf course or the ski slopes.
Michelle is our Content Queen. She can take any type of content (or create her own) and drive engagement from it, making sure it's seen in front of more and more fans or followers. She is the Director of Community Management, working with our clients to setup social media goals and then filling in the day-to-day management it takes to meet those goals. Michelle is a whiz at taking on the brand voice and pushing out their content with her rock awesome NFO skillz. Her goals? Drive engagement, move the needle, create interaction, provide customer support, and have FUN!
An avid Facebook user, Michelle joined the ranks of Facebook before it was open to the public. She's worked with clients such as the Phoenix Suns, Microsoft, Quicken and Mint.com. Michelle lives in the Bay Area and loves to play basketball and soak up the sun at the beach.
Ryan, our Community Design Editor, handles all things visual. He is our clients' on-hand designer developing engaging graphics that promote interaction. When he's not pumping out graphics, he's developing content strategies, managing accounts, and sifting through data to keep our clients' social goals on course. A jack-of-all-trades you might say.
A consistent early adopter, Ryan has been a Facebook user since the day his school had it on campus. He's worked with brands such as Intuit, Schiff Nutrition, and Jackson Kayak. When he manages to break away from the computer he likes to pursue his other passions of photography, music, and spending time with his family.
